Common problems
My resume runs over one page
The builder tells you as soon as it happens, and lists what to cut first. Start with jobs older than about ten years, and with any job that has more than five lines under it.
My photo won't upload
Use a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF under 8 MB. The picture is shrunk before it's stored, so you don't need a huge file.
My colors look washed out when printed
Turn on background graphics in your browser print window. Browsers strip background colors by default.
My work isn't saved
Saving needs an account. Sign in, then hit Save in the top bar of the builder. Until then the resume lives only in this browser.
I can't sign in
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If the email doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.
