Turn your experience into strong résumé content
Free AI resume prompts
Use guided prompts with the AI assistant you already have. It asks about your work, finds relevant achievements and helps you write for the job and seniority you want.
How to use it
Pick one assistant
Any of the six works. Each card says what that one's best at and which setting to pick.
Open it and answer
One press opens the assistant in a new tab. Four of them get the prompt straight from the link, Gemini and DeepSeek get it on your clipboard to paste. It then asks one to three questions at a time and waits for you. Answer in your own words. Short answers are fine.
Bring the answers back here
When it has enough, it writes your summary, experience and skills. Copy each part into the matching box in the builder.
Choose an assistant
Each prompt is written differently, the way each maker says its own model works best. They all run the same conversation.
ChatGPT

Model names and settings last checked 23 August 2026. These change often. If the model on a card is no longer in the menu, pick the newest one the assistant offers you.
What to expect
- It's a conversation, not a form. Several rounds of questions is normal, and a long career takes longer.
- It won't invent anything for you. If you can't remember a number, say so, and it'll ask whether you can give a rough range instead.
- It's meant to push back. If something on your resume would be hard to defend in a real interview, it should say so before you send it.
- It'll tell you where you fall short of the job you want. That's useful. A gap you know about is one you can answer.
Before you start
You're talking to another company, not to us. Nothing you type into it comes back to us. For ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok the Open button hands them the prompt, including the job, level and country you added above, and nothing else. Gemini and DeepSeek get nothing until you paste. Treat it like any other website: don't paste your ID number, your bank details, or anything about other people that isn't yours to share.
